This site uses no audience-measurement, advertising or social-media cookies, and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: your visit triggers no request to Google or any other provider. That is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to. Only technical processing strictly necessary to the operation of the site takes place.

The contact form

This site only collects personal data when you submit it voluntarily through the contact form: identity, company, contact details and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal basis: responding to your inquiry and following up the business relationship that may result from it (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
Recipients: the KOORTIS teams concerned by your inquiry. Your data is neither shared, nor sold, nor used for unsolicited prospecting.
Retention period: for as long as it takes to handle the inquiry, then a maximum of three years after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is in progress.

Data hosting

The site and the messages it receives are hosted on Hostinger infrastructure, on servers located in the European Union. Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@koortis.com: we reply within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
