Responsibility

Our commitments, and what we measure.

No grand statements and no definition of CSR: four concrete commitments, the measure we track for each one, and the actual state of progress. Built into our practices from the firm’s first day.

Our commitments and our results

Four commitments, what we measure, where we stand.

We prefer a few commitments kept to many intentions. For each one: the objective, the measure we track, and the state of progress — stated as it is.

A sustainable working environment

Objective: a sustainable pace and long-term progression for every employee. Measure: quarterly follow-up interviews, engagement workload, team turnover rate. Where we stand: follow-up in place since the firm was founded; the indicators are shared internally, not yet published.

Responsible digital practices

Objective: reduce the footprint of our own usage. Measure: a single mobile device per employee, limited printing, shared folders rather than attachments, equipment lifespan. Where we stand: rules applied from day one; a digital footprint assessment is in preparation.

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Objective: equal treatment regardless of origin, gender, beliefs, age or orientation, and a genuine diversity of backgrounds. Measure: diversity of teams and of hires, awareness of biases. Where we stand: teams spread across three countries and two continents; unconscious bias training under way.

Governance and consulting ethics

Objective: recommendations free of any vendor bias, documented and stood behind. Measure: written traceability of trade-offs on every engagement, transparency on any conflicting interest. Where we stand: systematic practice, written into our contracts.

Our approach draws on the core subjects of the ISO 26000 standard, at our scale and where we have real leverage.

What’s next

An approach that keeps progressing.
