The SAP ecosystem
SAP, the center of gravity of our profession.
From the S/4HANA core to the Business Technology Platform, through analytics and line-of-business solutions, the SAP ecosystem is the environment our consultants work in every day. This focus is deliberate: better to master one ecosystem in depth, one that underpins the operations of thousands of companies, than to skim across ten technologies.
Our partnership with SAP is active and measured in facts: a certification policy we are extending to every consultant on their own scope, and a Document AI demonstrator we have built on SAP S/4HANA.
Our partnership philosophy
Close to the ecosystem, loyal to the client.
A partnership is only worth something if it serves the client who pays us to advise them. Three principles govern all our relationships with software vendors and ecosystem players.
- Independence of advice
No commercial agreement dictates our recommendations. When an SAP building block is the right answer, we say so; when it is not, we say that too.
- The client’s interest first
License scope, architecture, integration choices: every trade-off is examined from the standpoint of your total cost and your operational outcome. The revenue generated for the ecosystem does not enter the equation.
- Transparency
Our relationships with vendors and partners are known to our clients. If we have an overlapping interest in a recommendation, we disclose it before we make it.
The tools we put to work
Tooling in the service of your projects.
Software vendors, hyperscalers, transformation tooling: our projects rely on an ecosystem of reference tools and platforms, assembled engagement by engagement, under our responsibility.
LeanIX for IT landscape mapping, Signavio for process mining, Tricentis for test automation; Azure, AWS and Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure; BlackLine for financial close.
