The people who design are the people who deliver.
We advise executive, finance and operations leadership on the decisions that shape their information system: the S/4HANA trajectory, process redesign, data reliability, running the SAP core, and integrating AI in the service of those same operations. Our founding conviction fits in one sentence: a successful ERP is not an IT project, it is a company that operates better.
This model rests on one simple requirement: the team presented during pre-sales is the team that does the work, and it stays through to run.

An architecture or scope decision is judged first on what it changes for your processes, your lead times and your teams.
- The total cost
Licenses, build, integration, operations over five years: we assess the total cost, not the entry price.
- Standard before custom
Every deviation from the SAP standard is costed, justified and decided with full knowledge of the facts. The discipline of clean core protects your ability to evolve.
- Transparency
If we occasionally hold licenses to simplify a contractual setup, it has no bearing on our recommendations, and we say so.

03 · Our experience
Entrepreneurs who have done it before.
Before KOORTIS, its founders built a leading SAP consulting firm, created in 2006 and integrated into a major international network in 2020. In 2023, they set out again and created KOORTIS to offer the reach of a large firm and the closeness of a dedicated team, under the same roof.
We always distinguish two things: the missions delivered by KOORTIS, under its own name since 2023, and the experience our experts built before KOORTIS — multi-country S/4HANA programs, public sector, industry, retail, energy — in consulting firms and major international networks. Both can be verified in a meeting.

Three offices, one standard.
From Paris to Dakar, a single way of working. And we go where the transformation happens: your headquarters, your plants, your warehouses, your service centers.
Two more offices are opening soon: Lisbon in Europe and Abidjan in Africa.
